Sharing that experience can help someone:

• act sooner
• avoid the same mistake
• feel more confident in a difficult moment

Sometimes it does something even more important – it helps someone realise: “This isn’t just happening to me.”

Bottome line, some of the most valuable advice comes from the moments that didn’t go to plan.

You don’t need to get it perfect. Even a few sentences can be enough to help someone else.

We’ll take your answers and shape them into a story that helps other pet owners.

• create excerpts, summaries, social posts, videos, newsletters, and/or promotional content based on your submission

We may also adjust headlines, formatting, or structure to suit publication requirements.

If you submit photos or videos, you confirm that:

• you own the material or have permission to share it
• the material does not infringe another person’s rights

Images may be resized, cropped, or optimised for publication.

Privacy

Please avoid including:

• private medical records
• confidential information
• sensitive personal information about other people

If requested, we may choose to:

• remove surnames
• use first names only
• anonymise parts of a story where appropriate
